Internship
If you would like to take a closer look at your career aspirations before you start your training – with a short “trial traineeship” or an internship, this is possible at any time after a short advance registration.
Duration: Minimum 1 week
As “trial/internship trainees” you will be supervised by our apprentices. They will show you the machines and give you an overview of the knowledge and skills that are taught during an apprenticeship.
Student
During the internship you can get to know the professional practice first hand and gain experience.
Your personal mentor will support you individually during the internship, discuss all details with you, such as your expectations, tasks, schedule, etc., and give you regular feedback. In this way, you will become familiar with the most important work processes and manufacturing methods and will receive an introduction to your future work as an engineer or economist, tailored to your studies.
The duration of your internship depends on the regulations of your university and will be agreed individually with you. The results will be summarized in a final interview and you will receive an internship certificate.
If you still have time between lectures, seminars and term papers, you can start as a working student with us.
As a working student you are free to choose your occupation (in contrast to the internship regulated by the university) in consultation with us and to further deepen your knowledge according to your interests and study focus.
Also in this case: Your personal supervisor coordinates your tasks, schedule, etc., exactly with you and supports you in all technical questions.
You can determine the duration of the activity (minimum: 4 weeks).
As a student of engineering or economics, you can write your dissertation with us.
You apply with a proposed topic from your area of expertise or select a topic from our current list of topics. We will then discuss with your supervisor how you can implement the topic with us and how we can support you.
After submitting your dissertation you will receive a one-time salary – with corresponding quality there will be an additional bonus.
Tip: We prefer to assign dissertations to students who have already worked for us as interns or working students.
You have completed your apprenticeship or your studies with good results?
Then you will find the best conditions with us to develop your skills and to further specialize in your field of expertise.
We not only offer you a wide range of tasks, but also support that is individually tailored to you and helps you to achieve your goals quickly. Direct entry begins with an individual induction phase in which an experienced colleague will assist you, set you tasks and discuss the results with you.
In addition there are accompanying seminars and occasionally team-spreading workshops, a very good basis thus, in order to grow into your tasks.
As a university or technical college graduate, you will also learn how to implement sub-areas step by step independently until you are finally able to manage entire projects independently or as part of a team.
